In one of the biggest upsets in T20 World Cup history, co-hosts USA triumphed over Babar Azam’s Pakistan in a thrilling Super Over on Thursday at the Grand Prairie Stadium. Netravalkar was tasked with defending 18 runs in the one-over eliminator in Dallas after the match ended in a tie. Born in Mumbai on October 16, 1991, Saurabh Naresh Netravalkar is an Indian-born cricketer who has made a notable transition in his career by captaining the United States national cricket team. Before moving to the United States in 2015, Netravalkar had a brief domestic career in India. He played for Mumbai in the prestigious Ranji Trophy and was also a member of the India U19 team, sharing the field with future cricket stars such as KL Rahul, Mayank Agarwal, Harshal Patel, Jaydev Unadkat, and Sandeep Sharma.
