By Although Flagg is the No. 1 recruit in the 2024 class, Ace Bailey (consensus No. 2) is also an impressive prospect. And he’s already been standing out during the scrimmages leading up to the McDonald’s All-American Game.
Bailey, who is coming out of McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Ga., has been signed to play for Rutgers since last Nov. 11. He had been committed to play for the Scarlet Knights since Jan. 15, 2023.
During his senior season at McEachern, he averaged 32.5 points, 15.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.4 blocks per game. He put up those incredible numbers while leading his team to a 26-6 record and a state championship.
