Neither Tom Brady nor Peyton Manning will be suiting up for when the Indianapolis Colts (5-7) visit the New England Patriots (3-9), but they do have young quarterbacks hoping to one day live up to the legacy.
Good news for Indianapolis: the Detroit Lions didn’t have a lights-out scoring day against them. The bad news? its own offense couldn’t do anything in a 24-6 defeat. The season has been full of ups and downs, but the Colts still have a chance to finish strong, making them an interesting team to watch.
Right now is not a good time to face the Miami Dolphins, and New England learned the hard way with a loss against a divisional foe that wasn’t as close as the score indicated. It’s safe to say the Patriots aren’t going anywhere this season, but the fanbase would love to see Drake Maye show progress and grab some wins.

Indianapolis struggled against the Lions, but that shouldn’t be too much of a knock on the Colts; Detroit is an elite contender. The Patriots are still finding their way with Drake Maye running the offense. I like the Colts in a bounce-back here, with Anthony Richardson giving New England’s defense fits.
This game features two young promising quarterbacks, but the Colts have a better roster around Anthony Richardson. Indy is in the playoff mix and needs a win to remain in the hunt.
Look, rookie Drake Maye has a ton of promise. But the Patriots have a laundry list of roster issues. Their offensive line has been terrible, their defense is wildly inconsistent and they appear to be poorly coached. Maye has very few reliable options on offense. I don’t love any play here, but I feel cautiously optimistic about a Colts win.
The New England offense has been struggling, but the defense should be able to limit Indianapolis from having a solid game. Still, Anthony Richardson finds a way to get a late score. A good candidate to bet the under.
